Lead JavaScript Developer

ObjectStyle is a provider of open source solutions and commercial software development services with offices in the US and Poland. We are a major driving force behind such projects as Apache Cayenne – a powerful ORM framework, Bootique.io – a container-less Java app launcher, LinkRest – a model-driven REST engine, and a number of others. Our clients are located in the US, Australia, and EU. We work with the National Hockey League, Wikipedia, and other great companies.

We’re looking for the experienced JavaScript developer to work as a team lead of a small (2-3 engineers) team that works within the larger team (~20 engineers). Our ideal candidate has the experience leading a team, taking ownership of a set of requirements, ideally communicating with clients if needed.

Things we are looking for:

• Extensive experience in React (5+ years)
• Confident knowledge of the Node.js environment
• Ability to implement business logic on the frontend and backend
• Experience to manage projects, other engineers, SDLC, etc.
• Ability to oversee a team of engineers as well as document requirements
• C1/C2 English
