Business Analyst

Summary:

We’re looking for a BA to join our team that works on Ander.ai – an educational startup. In this role, you will collaborate with Product Management to analyze and develop user stories and a product backlog. You will participate in planning and design sessions and provide clarification on product requirements. You must be able to work at a detailed level while maintaining the big picture of overall product goals and the supporting system design.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in Agile ceremonies
• Assist in taking strategic product decisions
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure the design meets requirements
• Provide timely answers to team questions during design, development, and QA testing
• Conduct gap analysis to identify solutions that are cost-effective and meet business requirements
• Collaborate with the Product Owner and other stakeholders to ensure the health of the product backlog
• Work independently as a liaison between end users, product management, and development to elicit, analyze, and document user requirements, translating them into user stories, and accepting user stories

Qualifications:

• Advanced English
• Relevant degree preferred
• Knowledge of test methodologies
• 3 or more years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of Data Analytics, Data Warehousing concepts
• Ability to understand complex business areas and applications
• Excellent business requirements elicitation, analysis and documentation skills
• 3 or more years of Agile business analysis experience with user stories and backlogs
