Manual QA Engineer

We are looking for a talented QA engineer to join our team. Healthy workplace, supportive environment, long-term projects in such fields as sport, education and more.
Required Skills:
- Experience in manual testing of web applications (at least 3 years)
- Experience in Test Documentation creation and knowledge of Test Design techniques
- Test management tools (BrowserStack, xRail)
- Experience in API testing (Postman, Swagger)
- SQL knowledge and experience (MySQL, PostgreSQL)
- Upper Intermediate English
- Strong communication skills
Nice to have:
- Experience with AWS (S3, CloudWatch)
- Experience in automation
- Experience in testing of SOAP (SoapUI)
- Knowledge of CI/CD
Areas of Responsibility:
- Manual testing of Web Applications (front-end, back-end)
- Writing Test Documentation (test cases, checklists, requirements, workflow diagrams, etc)
- Requirement clarification with devs and PMs
- Tracking and reporting on Jira issues while maintaining up-to-date documentation in Confluence / Test Management System
- QA efforts estimation; Groomings arrangement and leading
- Handling issues reported by customers
- Identifying test automation opportunities and optimization of testing efforts
- Proactive customer communication and support
